Cancellation and Change Policy

If you need to change or cancel an appointment time and date, please give us as much advance notice as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible without additional fees. If you need to change the start time of your appointment, please give 24 hours' advance notice of the change. With less than 24 hours' notice, you will be responsible for a 25% change-of-time fee. If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment to another time and date, please give at least 12 hours' advance notice before the start time of your appointment. If you cancel or postpone your appointment to another day with less than 12 hours' advance notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the session fee. If you cancel your appointment less than 6 hours before the appointment time, or you fail to appear for your appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of the session fee. If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but your session may have to be cut short if there are others scheduled after your session.
